Nauka czytania · the app and the PSoftware website
Terms of use
Simple terms for the “Nauka czytania” app and the PSoftware website.
Last updated:
1. The app and its publisher
“Nauka czytania” supports learning to read in Polish. It is published by Patryk Suchowierski PSoftware; contact details are below. This website provides information, help and documents. It does not sell anything or require registration.
2. Use and technical requirements
We grant a non-exclusive licence to use the app personally and non-commercially for its intended purpose and under the store’s rules. You may not resell or unlawfully redistribute the app or recordings; this does not restrict rights granted by law. The store listing specifies supported systems and device compatibility. Learning works offline; downloads, updates and any purchases require the internet. This website requires a current browser.
3. Children and caregivers
The app is an educational aid. A parent or caregiver decides whether a child uses it and approves any purchases. We do not promise a particular learning speed or outcome. The app does not replace teaching, professional assessment or specialist therapy.
4. Access and payments
If a paid offer is available, its scope, price, any trial period and type of charge are shown in the app and on the store’s purchase screen before confirmation. Apple or Google processes payments. If an offer is an auto-renewing subscription, renewal terms are shown before purchase; manage or cancel it in the relevant store account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Purchases do not automatically transfer between different stores or platforms.
5. Support, complaints and refunds
Report problems or complaints by email or by post to the publisher using the details below, describing the issue and your request. We reply to consumer complaints within 14 days of receipt. You may also request a purchase refund through Apple or Google. You retain statutory rights relating to digital content conformity, bringing content into conformity, price reduction, termination and compensation where the legal conditions are met. Distance-contract withdrawal rights and statutory exceptions apply under the law; downloading the app alone does not waive those rights.
6. Liability and updates
We are responsible for the app as required by applicable law. We offer no additional guarantee of a specific learning outcome or uninterrupted operation on every device. These statements do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for digital content conformity, required updates or intentionally caused damage. Your statutory consumer rights remain in place.
7. Privacy and other terms
Our privacy policy explains how data is processed. For downloads from the App Store, the standard Apple licence agreement also applies. Polish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Changes do not apply retroactively or remove rights from earlier purchases. Material changes to an existing contract require a lawful basis and notice in accordance with the law.
